Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email tomas@birkeby.co.uk with your order details and what happened. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If we can't resolve your complaint, we will tell you about an alternative dispute resolution provider and whether we will use it.

Complaints about your personal data
